Momma girl has been found after she spent at least 2 days on the Pelican campus of South Texas College in McAllen, Texas. She is ready for adoption at Palm Valley Animal society in Edinburgh, Texas. Sad thing, though, is that her puppies are nowhere to be found and I have been told her “monster” dumped her and kept the puppies.
Only on Cape Cod? Only in Massachusetts?
