Davenport, Iowa Police Officer Ethan Bock shoots and kills a dog in front of 2 children and their mother. After an internal investigation, police cleared him of any wrongdoing. He went out for a call of aggressive dogs roaming the neighborhood.
“Myst” was not one of those dogs but wound up as yet ANOTHER CASUALTY of the 10,000 dogs police shoot and kill every year. But that wasn’t his only reported run-in with a dog this year.
Another incident on July 13th, this Officer ran over and killed a dog because he was headed to the scene of a crime (I believe he said he was on the way to something more important although two other officers managed to stop for the dog.)
