That’s despite the fact that in this case, he unalived the family dog in front of two young children because he claims he was in fear for his life. Remember, law enforcement only need to say that they were in fear for their lives and that’s essentially their get out of jail free card. Another reason why law enforcement unalives 10,000 dogs a year.
