4 puppies owner surrendered at a Georgia shelter. The so-called owners brought them in in the back of their pick up truck. Their condition? You know the drill. Sadly. They’re opening up an investigation which I intend to follow through with but in the meantime, the first priority is the health and safety and making sure these dogs get through this very tough time.
