You abuse! You loose! Apparently Robert Lee Thomas the Third of Houston didn’t get the memo. Especially when the video doesn’t lie.
Thomas caught on camera throwing a wire kennel with two small dogs inside – down a flight of stairs. One of them – a black chihuahua – not injured but taken away. A Yorkie had to be euthanized. Their back broken. Also him swearing and the heart-wrenching cries of the pups.
Office of Constable Alan Rosen, Harris County Constable Precinct 1 and Houston SPCA animal cruelty unit worked the case. Thomas pled guilty to animal cruelty.
