ERIC IVAN ROLDAN PLEADS **NOT GUILTY** IN HORRIFIC ATTACK THAT NEARLY LEFT 10-MONTH OLD SWEETPEA DEAD.
Today, Livin’ Like Larry Farm Sanctuary was in court and supporters came out in force outside the courthouse.
Roldan has pleaded not guilty and remains jailed on a $50,000 bond since his arrest in late March.
Prosecutors are going for the maximum of 5 years — BUT — they apparently also plan to use his habitual reoffenders status and if it goes to trial, Roldan could face 30-40 years in prison.
