BOLO: Pennsylvania Police Searching For Man Who Allegedly Dumped Milk Crate Full of Puppies

 

EAST PENNSBORO TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police are seeking information about a man who may be connected to a case of abandoned puppies at the East Pennsboro Township Police Department.

The incident began when a caller identifying himself only as “Chris” contacted the department to report finding puppies at a local park. Shortly afterward, officers discovered several puppies left in a milk crate on the police station steps.

The puppies were transferred to The Davis Dog Farm, located approximately 20 miles from the police station, where they are currently receiving care. Several of the puppies were diagnosed with upper respiratory infections but are responding well to treatment, according to local media reports.

The Davis Dog Farm staff report the puppies are now healthy and in good spirits. They will be available for adoption when they reach approximately eight weeks of age.

East Pennsboro Township Police are requesting public assistance in identifying and locating the caller known as “Chris” for questioning in connection with the incident.
