Dog abandoned at Pennsylvania Humane Society – now ready for adoption. Police are arresting 64-year-old Douglas Fleeger of Butler County, Pennsylvania. Miss Mercy, the dog, was dumped outside the Butler County Humane Society about a month ago and waited for at least 12 hours in the freezing cold. The team there found her, brought her in, and gave her all the TLC she needed.
