A North Carolina Woman Wants Accountability By State Trooper Who Shot And Killed Her K9’s

URGENT APPEAL – A North Carolina woman lost her 2 Belgian Malinois at the hands of North Carolina State Highway Patrol Trooper Justin Mannes.

She called 911 while holding down an intruder ransacking through her car but when law enforcement arrived on scene, the Trooper sent Bonnie and Clyde to the Rainbow Bridge.

Now, Lydia Nikac is doing everything she can to get justice for her 4-legged family members and has no plans on stopping until she does just that.
