A Month Before Iowa Cop Shot Family Dog in Front of Two Young Kids, He Ran Over Another Dog

DAVENPORT, IOWA COP “SMOKES” DOG. Officer Ethan Bock ran over “Muenca” while driving through an alleyway in Davenport on the night of July 13th.

Other officers were reportedly in front of him and never hit Muenca. Bock did because, as he told the family, “he was enroute to something really important” and that “you gotta’ have your dog on a leash, bro.” Another officer asks Officer Bock “are these guys acting up,” to which Bock replies, “Oh, they’re upset. I smoked their dog by accident.”
