It happened to a Lincoln, Nebraska woman, Michelle Saathoff, who took her 4-legged family member, Nala, to the same groomer, Canine Design of Lincoln, Nebraska, for 12 years.
The case is now over and the groomer was charged with animal neglect. Meantime, @michellesatthoff wants others to learn from her experience. She has a message for anyone and everyone who takes their animals to be groomed.
