HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a man on felony aggravated cruelty charges following the discovery of several injured puppies and multiple puppy deaths.
According to state police, multiple puppies were found with severe leg injuries. Investigators also discovered the bodies of three deceased puppies at the scene. The suspect, whose name has not been released, is currently in custody.
State police officials indicate the investigation remains active and additional arrests may be forthcoming.
