#BREAKING – Just days after a grand jury indicted Marlin, Texas Police Chief James Hommell on 10 counts of animal crimes – 1 felony and 9 misdemeanors – the city council has approved a 6 month PAID suspension – taxpayer money – while the case is being reviewed by – District Attorney Jody Gilliam – the D.A. who refused to call for an outside investigation in the first place?

The two others indicted by the grand jury include former animal control officer Nicole Grams and the animal control officer before her Robert Thomas.
